About Chris Forry

My journey in construction and design began at 18 years old when I started working as a painter, developing an eye for detail and craftsmanship. As I gained experience, I transitioned into site development for high-end residential projects, where I became deeply interested in the bigger picture of building design and construction. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Construction Management at ITT Tech.

After graduating, I joined Bulldog Plumbing in 2011 as a lead plumbing designer, working on large commercial and multi-family projects. My ability to design efficient plumbing systems and navigate complex project requirements led my employer to expand my role. In 2018, I began designing residential and multi-family projects, including apartments and duplexes, further developing my skills in building design and permitting.

In 2025, I founded Forry Concepts and Design LLC to provide my expertise to the public, offering building design services for residential and light commercial projects. I utilize cutting-edge technology and software such as Revit to create highly detailed, precise, and efficient construction drawings. This ensures that designs are not only functional and visually appealing but also optimized for a smooth permitting and construction process.
